Services

We offer faith-based coaching, group programs, digital resources, and membership services designed to support women who love someone struggling with addiction. These services are educational and supportive in nature and are NOT a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

Coaching is Not Therapy

Melanie Ota is certified in the Invitation to Change approach. She is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or addiction treatment provider, and Hope Releasers does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care for any person, including you or your loved one. Our coaching and resources are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or addiction treatment. Please consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.

Free Resources and Quizzes

Our free resources, including our quizzes and downloadable guides, are for personal reflection and encouragement only. Quiz results are not a diagnosis or an assessment of any person. They are a starting point for reflection, not a conclusion about your loved one or your situation.

In a Crisis

Our website, programs, and services are not designed for emergencies. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, call 911. Faith-Based Content

Our content is rooted in the Christian faith and draws on Scripture, prayer, and biblical teaching. Spiritual encouragement is offered alongside, not in place of, appropriate professional care.

Payment & Refunds

All fees for programs and services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of our digital products, memberships, and group programs, all sales are final. However, we understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and refund requests will be considered case by case at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the website and services respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. In group programs, you agree to keep what other participants share confidential.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs, including text, images, videos, and materials is the property of Hope Releasers and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission. Free resources are for your personal use; you’re welcome to share the link so others can get their own copy.
